I love to share my passion for photography, and I believe in giving back to the community. If you want me to come and speak at your school or other organization, please let me know. It helps to have a photography expert give a real-life perspective on the challenges, pitfalls, and joys of working in the photography industry here in Los Angeles.
Media Friendly Photographer
Being based in the media mecca of Los Angeles, I often have opportunities to work directly with the news, arts and entertainment industries. My work has been featured in Bride's Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, and Professional Photographers Magazine. I have also done pieces on television, including a recent segment on the Today Show. You won't find a more media-friendly photographer.
Supporting Our Troops
I am the Vice President and Director of Media Relations for the Iraq Star Foundation, inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the necessary reconstructive surgeries to assist war veterans recovering from physical and mental injuries. It is the Foundation's hope that reconstructive surgery will also help our veterans heal from emotional trauma, increase self-esteem, and ease their return to their pre-war lives.
I additionally serve on the board of the Tempered Steel Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting national awareness, education and support for our severely injured military members. I perform wounded warrior portraiture and am a key contributor to the Wounded Warrior Introspective at the Ronald Reagan Library.
